• Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely information and documentation necessary for effective service delivery. 

• Service commencement is subject to verification of all required credentials, data, and authorization forms.

3.  Privacy & Confidentiality 

• We uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and comply fully with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PHIPA. 

• Client and patient information is securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel.

4.  Fees, Invoicing & Payment 

• All fees are set forth in the executed service agreement. 

• Invoices are issued according to the agreed billing schedule and are payable within the terms specified. 

• Late or non-payment may result in service suspension and applicable late fees.

5.  Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability 

• While we strive for accuracy and reliability, Prestige Medical Billing is not liable for errors caused by incorrect client data or third-party systems. 

• We are not responsible for insurance company policies or government reimbursement decisions. 

• Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in question within the preceding 90 days.

6.  Termination of Services 

• Either party may terminate services as outlined in the service agreement, typically with written notice. 

• Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. 

• Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services.

7.  Governing Law 

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. 

• Any disputes arising will be handled in the appropriate courts of Ontario.
